Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Energy relating to "Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Commercial Refrigerators, Freezers, and Refrigerator-Freezers".

Disapproves and nullifies the Department of Energy rule titled "Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Commercial Refrigerators, Freezers, and Refrigerator‑Freezers" (90 Fed. Reg. 7464, Jan. 21, 2025), so that rule will have no force or effect and will not take effect. The action removes the regulatory standards the rule would have established and limits the agency's ability to reissue a substantially similar rule without further congressional authorization.
