Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement relating to "Restoration of Names That Honor American Greatness; Gulf of America".

Congress disapproves a specific administrative rule issued by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement and states that the rule "shall have no force or effect."
