Recognizes that disabled women face persistent wage gaps compared with disabled and nondisabled men, cites recent Census and survey findings about pay differences, occupational segregation, and low wages in institutional settings, and calls for more inclusive data for LGBTQI+ disabled people. Reaffirms the House’s commitment to equal pay for disabled women, narrowing gender, disability, and racial wage gaps, and addressing systemic barriers that cause these inequities.
Referred to the House Committee on Education and Workforce.
