Requires the Small Business Administration to create and maintain a public website with resources for small businesses about onshoring (reshoring) manufacturing to the United States. The site must be launched within 60 days of enactment and include contact details for SBA offices, partner organizations, and other relevant information, with annual input from the SBA Office of Advocacy to keep content current. The website is to be managed by the SBA’s Office of Manufacturing and Trade and designed to help small business concerns navigate information and assistance for bringing manufacturing capacity back to the U.S.
