SAVE Our Poultry Act

Adds highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) to the list of topics eligible for research and extension grants under the existing agricultural research program. The change lets land‑grant colleges and universities receive grants to study HPAI, including work to improve poultry vaccines and to strengthen farm biosecurity through training, farm‑level interventions, and disinfection methods.
