Allows State agencies to keep using Medicaid data to directly certify children for free or reduced‑price school breakfasts and lunches beginning with the school year that starts July 1, 2024. It also changes the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) rules by setting the CEP multiplier at 1.6 for each school year, renaming a referenced provision to the "School Meals for Healthy Kids Act of 2025," and removing a specified subclause from the CEP language.
