Requires the Commerce Department to publish any nonclassified, non‑proprietary parts of a Section 232 investigation report in the Federal Register no later than the earlier of 270 days after the investigation begins or the date the report is sent to the President. That shortens or fixes the public release timing so that public portions become available promptly unless classified or proprietary.
