• This Act may be cited as the Sergeant Gary Beikirch Medal of Honor Act.

SEC. 2. Modification of Medal of Honor special pension provisions to allow concurrent benefits

• Section 1562(a)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
