Increases how many people from the District of Columbia may be appointed to each U.S. service academy. The bill raises the cap on District of Columbia appointees to the Military, Naval, and Air Force Academies from five individuals to fifteen for each academy, by amending the relevant provisions of Title 10, U.S. Code.
The change directly alters nomination allotments for the District of Columbia and affects applicants, selection officials, and academy admission processes; it does not authorize new spending or change the academies' admission standards beyond the increased slot limits.
