Authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services to approve State Medicaid plan amendments that create health homes specifically for people with sickle cell disease beginning January 1, 2026. States with approved sickle cell disease-focused health homes must provide dental and vision services to enrolled individuals, report on quality, access, and spending after eight fiscal quarters, and HHS must publish best practices by June 30, 2026. The bill also defines “eligible individual with sickle cell disease” and “sickle cell disease.”
