Introduced April 9, 2025 by Jacklyn Sheryl Rosen · Last progress April 9, 2025
Redesignates an existing part of Title VII of the Public Health Service Act and inserts a new, currently empty statutory part into the Title VII table of parts. The change is purely organizational and codification-only; it does not create new programs, change funding, set deadlines, or add substantive policy provisions. One provision establishes a short title and acronym, and the other adjusts the lettering and placement of parts within Title VII (moving what was part G to part H and adding a new part between parts F and the redesignated part H). No administrative or programmatic actions are required by agencies or beneficiaries as a result of these changes.
