SEC. 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Special Diabetes Program Reauthorization Act of 2025".

Section 330B(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c–2(b)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (F), by striking "and" at the end;

(2) in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and

(3) by adding at the end the following:

(H) $160,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, to remain available until expended..
