Creates a focused federal program to address behavioral health needs in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities by funding a culturally and linguistically tailored national outreach and education strategy, commissioning two systematic reviews (one on youth behavioral health and one on AANHPI behavioral health workforce), and requiring reporting of findings and recommendations to Congress and the public. It defines key terms, requires disaggregated data by demographic subgroups, and authorizes targeted funding to carry out the outreach strategy and the reviews.
