This bill makes it easier for kids to get meals during summer break. It says all children are eligible for summer meals, not just those in certain areas or income groups, and lets providers get paid for meals served to all kids. It also allows required program monitoring to be done onsite or offsite, which can cut travel and paperwork and help more sites operate smoothly. The U.S. Department of Agriculture must update its rules to reflect these changes .
