Designates a Carbon Monoxide Action and Awareness Month and urges federal, state, local, and community partners to raise awareness and prevent CO poisoning. It encourages agencies, health organizations, safety advocates, first responders, and the public to promote and install certified carbon monoxide alarms, test them regularly, learn poisoning signs, and expand public–private prevention efforts.
