Permanently makes certain Medicare telehealth flexibilities available to Indian Health Service and urban Indian programs: beginning April 1, 2025, a patient’s location (including their home) counts as an originating site when those programs or their employed/contracted clinicians provide specified telehealth services, and certain audio-only services those programs furnish must be covered and paid by Medicare. The change applies only to the telehealth services and HCPCS codes identified in the statute as of the date of enactment.
