Removes one subparagraph from 38 U.S.C. § 7431(e)(6) and renumbers the following subparagraphs, updating statutory citations.
Deletes a subparagraph from 38 U.S.C. § 7431(e)(6) and renumbers the remaining subparagraphs so the text that followed is redesignated. The change removes the existing language of the deleted subparagraph and has a purely technical effect by reassigning lettered subparagraph identifiers for the remainder of that subsection.
Official title: To amend title 38, United States Code, to eliminate the cap on the number of waivers to certain pay limitations that the Secretary of Veterans Affairs may issue for critical health care personnel of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
