SEC. 1. Nullification of interagency guidance
- The final interagency guidance issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation titled (published October 24, 2023) shall have no force or effect and such agencies may not issue any substantially similar guidance.
