Referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce.
This bill would block most non-U.S. citizens from entering or accessing any site or facility owned, run, or leased by the Department of Energy. Citizens of four partner countries—Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom—would be allowed in. The Department of Energy would have to update its rules to carry this out. The change would start 60 days after the bill becomes law.
