This bill would bar male students from joining sports teams or activities at the U.S. Military Academy, Naval Academy, and Air Force Academy that are set aside for women or girls. It defines “sex” based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth. The bill still allows males to train or practice with women’s programs if no woman loses a roster spot, a chance to practice or compete, a scholarship, admission, or any other benefit because of it.

In short, it directs the Secretary of Defense to make sure the three service academies enforce these rules for their athletics programs and related activities.
