Creates a five-year pilot program inside the Department of Veterans Affairs to implement the Zero Suicide Initiative curriculum for veteran care. The VA must pick pilot sites, train local leaders and staff in the Zero Suicide model, collect and report annual outcome and process data, and produce a final evaluation at the end of the pilot; the pilot ends after five years unless extended.
