Adds adaptive prostheses and terminal devices designed for sports and other recreational activities to the list of medical services the Department of Veterans Affairs may provide to eligible veterans. The change expands VA prosthetic coverage to explicitly include devices intended for athletic and recreational use, improving access to equipment that supports physical activity, rehabilitation, and quality of life for veterans with limb loss or limb difference.
