Amend title 38, United States Code, to repeal a certain limitation on the receipt of assistance under both the Veteran Readiness and Employment program and the educational assistance programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Amend the Student Support and Academic Enrichment Grant program to promote career awareness in accounting as part of a well-rounded STEM educational experience.

Supporting the designation of the "International Year of the Woman Farmer" to recognize and honor the critical role of women in agriculture.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the provision of produce prescriptions to veterans, and for other purposes.

Require the Secretary of Labor, in coordination with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, to develop a notice detailing benefits available to veterans, and to require employers to display such notice, and for other purposes.
