SWEARING IN OF THE HONORABLE JAMES GALLAGHER, OF CALIFORNIA, AS A
MEMBER OF THE HOUSE
Ms. LOFGREN. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the gentleman from California, the Honorable James Gallagher, be permitted to take the oath of office today.
The SPEAKER. Is there objection to the request of the gentlewoman from California?

Mr. GALLAGHER appeared at the bar of the House and took the oath of office, as follows:
