The annual report made by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to the President for submission to the Congress on all operations provided for by section 1701 of this title shall contain pertinent information with respect to all projects for which any loan, contribution, or grant has been made by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, including the amount of loans, contributions and grants contracted for.o
