acquisition strategy to provide a stable production forecast
to prevent the loss of high-tech talent and industrial
capacity; to the Committee on Armed Services.
ML-92. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of
the State of Idaho, relative to House Joint Memorial No. 19,
supporting federal efforts to eliminate the U.S. Department
of Education and urges the United States Congress to fully
cooperate with these efforts; to the Committee on Education
and Workforce.

the State of Idaho, relative to house Joint Memorial No. 22,
supporting and urging the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to
curtail, or allow curtailment of, the number of pelicans
within Idaho; to the Committee on Natural Resources.
ML-98. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of
the State of Idaho, relative to House Joint Memorial No. 21,
urging the U.S. Department of War and the Defense Industrial
Base Consortium to award grant moneys to American Tungsten
for the development of the IMA mine project; to the Committee
on Natural Resources.

urging the United States Congress, the Department of the
Interior, and the Bureau of Reclamation to cooperate with the
State of Idaho to move forward immediately with fast-track
research on the feasibility and desirability of small
reservoir raises at Minidoka Dam, Jackson Lake, and American
Falls Dam, support planning and design work for new medium-
sized reservoirs across eastern Idaho, facilitate creative
financing options through federal funds and public-private
partnerships, assist in the completion of an updated basin
study in the next two to three years to identify priority
projects; to the Committee on Natural Resources.
ML-100. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of
the State of Idaho, relative to House Joint Memorial No. 9,
urging the Congress of the United States to, as expeditiously
as possible, enact legislation reaffirming that FLPMA is the
proper and primary avenue to facilitate effective federal
land management and disposal, including by land exchange; to
the Committee on Natural Resources.
ML-101. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, relative to Senate Resolution No. 245,
supporting the bipartisan Federal Veterans Traumatic Brain
Injury Adaptive Care Opportunities Nationwide Act; to the
Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
ML-102. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of
the State of Idaho, relative to House Joint Memorial No. 16,
supports the on-going efforts of the Idaho Department of
Insurance to protect Idaho Medicare beneficiaries and promote
a stable and fair insurance marketplace; jointly to the
Committees on Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means.
ML-103. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of
the State of Idaho, relative to House Joint Memorial No. 13,
affirms the controlling standard announced by the Supreme
Court in Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency that
requires an indistinguishable surface connection to exist for
waters adjacent to “waters of the United States”, which are
relatively permanent, standing, or continuously flowing
bodies of water, to be subject to the Clean Water Act and
federal regulation and jurisdiction, and the Legislature
opposes any federal assertion of jurisdiction inconsistent
with that standard; jointly to the Committees on Energy and
Commerce and Transportation and Infrastructure.
