Independent agencies exist so the American people can have faith that decisions being made about their lives are in their best interest - no one else’s. This decision sets a dangerous new precedent for the future of our nation.

I’m glad a bare majority of the Court is still able to read the plain text of the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution. It’s chilling that four justices could not.
