Todd Blanche talks a lot, but he doesn't really say much. Good thing he doesn't have to. Because actions speak louder than words, and since day one, his actions have proved he's unfit to be Attorney General.
Sexual harassment isn't a joke. That's why I ask this question of every nominee before me, D or R. But with how Trump's DOJ botched the release of the Epstein files and has routinely failed survivors, I'm not surprised they think holding sexual predators accountable is a "joke."
I asked Todd Blanche to clarify if he truly thinks it is Trump's "right" and "duty" to order investigations and prosecutions against his enemies. The only thing he clarified is his intention to continue helping Trump misuse the DOJ as his personal law firm.
