Abortion Funding Awareness Act of 2025

Requires each State to report annually on any federally funded Medicaid payments made to abortion providers and to post those reports on the State website. The reports must list payment amounts and purposes, compare spending to prior years, and include counts of abortions with gestational age and method; HHS must compile State reports, submit a summary to two Congressional committees, and publish a summary.
