Designates America’s National Churchill Museum in Fulton, Missouri (on the Westminster College campus) as “America’s National Churchill Museum National Historic Landmark,” authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter cooperative agreements with the State, City, and College and to provide technical and financial assistance for protection and educational activities, and directs the Secretary to conduct a National Park Service special resource study and report to Congress on the site’s national significance and whether it should become a unit of the National Park System.
