Amends 42 U.S.C. 9628(a) by (1) modifying paragraph (1)(B)(i) to add the word "implement" to the list of allowable uses of a grant and (2) replacing the date range "2019 through 2023" in paragraph (3) with "2026 through 2030."
Amends section 104(k) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (42 U.S.C. 9604(k)) by replacing the per-site dollar amount in paragraph (3)(A)(ii) and by replacing the fiscal-year funding amount in paragraph (13) with a different amount and fiscal-year range.
Referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
