Allows certain former federal civil service employees who were involuntarily removed between January 20, 2025 and January 1, 2026 to keep or newly enroll in health insurance under the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. Eligible individuals include those removed without cause, those with at least a fully successful performance rating, those who were pregnant at the time of removal, or those diagnosed with cancer within the prior five years. For those who elect coverage, both the government’s share and the individual’s share of FEHB premiums are paid using Federal funds saved by the United States DOGE Service created by executive order on January 20, 2025.
