Directs condemnation of senior administration officials for using the commercial messaging app Signal to exchange highly sensitive or potentially classified information, and urges a formal review and investigation of communication practices. It demands that classified material be transmitted only via approved secure channels, calls for accountability for any violations of law or handling rules, and warns that unauthorized sharing outside secure facilities can bring removal and criminal penalties.
