Prohibits the use of federal funds to support, implement, or carry out activities tied to defined "covered" DOGE entities, orders, or individuals. It also restricts how funds for the United States Digital Service (USDS) may be used by limiting USDS spending to the same scope of activities it supported as of January 19, 2025, and establishes definitions and rules to identify covered DOGE entities and people.
