Prohibits federal funding and use of federal resources for the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), related organizations, specified executive orders, and any individuals associated with them starting January 20, 2025. It also restricts use of funds at the United States Digital Service to the purposes it served before January 20, 2025, and blocks federal support for projects or initiatives begun by covered DOGE entities on or after that date. The bill defines which entities, executive orders, and individuals are covered, forbids federal implementation or enforcement of the named executive orders, and bars federal agencies from acting on orders, directives, or recommendations from covered individuals or using federally purchased equipment to do so.
