Designates October 2025 as National Military Toxic Exposures Awareness Month to raise public awareness of health harms from military toxic exposures and to honor affected veterans, service members, families, and survivors. It urges the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs to strengthen prevention, outreach, research, education, and support efforts, and encourages the public to observe the month and support affected people.
The measure is a formal commemorative resolution that recognizes harms and calls for improved attention and services; it does not authorize funding or create new legal requirements for agencies.
