Adds “nitazenes” to the list of drugs named in a provision of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 by changing the statutory phrase “fentanyl and xylazine” to “fentanyl, xylazine, and nitazenes.” The change is purely textual in the statute as provided and does not include funding, deadlines, or an effective date.
