Directs recognition and support for people who have detransitioned (stopped or reversed prior sex‑trait modification procedures). It endorses a national “Detransition Awareness Day,” urges stronger mental‑health care and informed‑consent practices, asks the Department of Health and Human Services to review literature and issue guidance, and calls on States and others to consider related policy and legal changes to help people who detransition. The measure is a nonbinding expression of the House’s views: it commends detransitioned people, highlights reported harms and barriers to care, and recommends policy attention to mental‑health supports, insurance coverage, informed consent, and legal remedies for medical harms.
