Recognizes and supports Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander‑serving institutions (AANAPISIs), affirms the program’s history and contributions since its 2007 start, and encourages eligible colleges and universities to apply for funding and develop programs that serve Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and other students.
