Allows the Secretary of Homeland Security to temporarily parole certain veterans who are located outside the United States into the country so they can receive Veterans Affairs (VA) health care. Parole is discretionary, time-limited, granted only to veterans seeking VA care under Title 38, chapter 17, and excludes persons who are inadmissible because of a criminal conviction that carried at least a five-year sentence.
