Improving Training for School Food Service Workers Act of 2025

Adds a requirement to the Child Nutrition Act telling program administrators to make training and certification for local school food service staff available and appropriate. It also requires guidance for training offered outside normal working hours and clarifies that these provisions do not change existing employer–employee legal relationships.
