Requires adults who are judged "able-bodied" and who receive Medicaid to meet a monthly work-or-volunteer-hours test to keep Medicaid coverage for that month, beginning January 1, 2026. The law defines who counts as an "able-bodied adult" and lists groups that are excluded from that definition.
