Marianas Air Service Improvement Act

Creates a narrow exception in federal rules for subsidized air service to small or remote communities. Certain eligibility limits no longer apply to locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the Northern Mariana Islands. This change makes it easier for these areas to qualify for federally supported air service, helping maintain reliable flights to remote communities. No other parts of the law are changed and there is no new spending authorized in this text.
