Adds two Vermont river segments — about 22 miles of the Nulhegan River and about 18 miles of Paul Stream — to the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act study list and directs the Secretary of the Interior to study those segments and report findings to Congress. The required study must be completed and a report transmitted to the appropriate congressional committees within three years after funds are made available for the study.
