This bill tells the federal government to study parts of the Nulhegan River and Paul Stream in Vermont to see if they should be added to the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. It names about 22 miles of the Nulhegan River (from near Nulhegan Pond to the Connecticut River) and about 18 miles of Paul Stream (from West Mountain to the Connecticut River), including connected tributaries, for this study . The Secretary of the Interior must finish the study and send a report to Congress within three years after funding is provided .
