Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture relating to "Law Enforcement; Criminal Prohibitions".

Disapproves and nullifies a U.S. Forest Service rule published November 25, 2024 (89 Fed. Reg. 92808) under the heading “Law Enforcement; Criminal Prohibitions,” declaring that rule has no force or effect. The resolution removes the legal effect of that specific Forest Service regulation so it cannot be enforced.
