Requires the Attorney General to publish, within 30 days of the law taking effect, credible DOJ records connected to the investigations of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in a searchable, downloadable format. The Attorney General may withhold or redact limited categories (for example, victim privacy, child pornography, grand jury secrecy, or classified national security information), must justify every redaction in writing and make declassification decisions to the maximum extent possible, and must provide Congress with a post-release report listing what was released, withheld, redacted, and any named officials or politically exposed persons mentioned in the materials.
