Designates the third week of September as Latino Conservation Week and expresses support for observing it. The resolution recognizes the long history of Latino stewardship of land and waterways, highlights health, economic, and access reasons for outreach, and encourages events that engage Latino youth, families, and community leaders in outdoor and conservation activities.
The measure is symbolic: it encourages recognition and community events but does not create new programs, authorize spending, or impose legal requirements.
Referred to the House Committee on Natural Resources.
