Establishes uniform rules for which flags may be displayed in House-controlled spaces and sets a short timeline for implementation. It limits displays to the U.S. flag, official House flags/insignia, a Member’s State flag adjacent to that Member’s office, military service flags, the POW/MIA flag, certain tribal flags eligible for the BIA Hall of Tribal Nations, and flags of visiting foreign dignitaries; personal Member office space is excluded. Directs the House Administration Committee and the Sergeant at Arms to manage compliance, create a process for temporary exceptions, and require initial implementation no later than 30 days after the resolution takes effect.
