Updates federal law to set fixed annual authorization amounts for youth substance use prevention and recovery programs under the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act. It authorizes $10 million for FY2026, $12 million for FY2027, $13 million for FY2028, $14 million for FY2029, and $15 million for FY2030 to carry out the covered youth prevention and recovery activities.
Referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on Education and Workforce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
