Directs Congress to withdraw the United States’ prior approval of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement that was approved under the Uruguay Round Agreements Act. In effect, the resolution would revoke the statutory approval Congress gave to the WTO Agreement, creating legal and policy uncertainty about U.S. participation in the WTO framework and related domestic law that implemented WTO obligations.
