Because of pollution drifting up from Chicago, seven counties in SE Wisconsin are forced into vehicle emissions tests every two years. The Fair Air Standards Act ends this unfair mandate. It’s time to stop punishing Wisconsin drivers and businesses for other states’ pollution.
